Does anybody know where can you get or at least see any AMR or CNR modems, NICs or anything?

Just wondering how can these godforsaken slots be used.
 
tigerdirect.com has a AMR 56k modem for $25. I can't find it on their site but it's their catalogue. It's part #TCI-5510
