...based on the Sis735 chipset. I was trying to figure out what components to use to put together a low- to mid-range system. Haven't really found any good reviews or documentation besides the manual. Supports DDR or SDRAM up to 1GB, 200MHz or 266MHz fsb, any K7 AMD cpu up to the AMD XP 2000+. On-board NIC and audio (not a problem for this comp). 1 4x AGP, 5 PCI, and an AMR slot. Might be a good overclocking board, don't know, but in the BIOS (American Megatrends) the user can select CPU speed, voltage, multiplier, CPU frequency, and DRAM frequency.

I would appreciate any info, reviews, comments, etc. concerning this motherboard.

Yep, .................. same mb as K7S5A, but mine came with an AMR Modem and a new I/O Plate.........
And its the normal pcb color, unlike the ECS versions dark brown or black pcb ............. ?

It's been running great with 1.2G Athlon for about three months or so, ........... I have had a few odd "checksum errors" but nothing major.
