I have Teac PowerMax 500/2 speakers, and I've plugged an extra 5W, 4ohm speaker.
The amplifier is little hot, should I use cooling like a fan or just to unplug the extra speaker? or the hot is due to the power adaptor inside the amplifier?

Oh watch out. That 5W speaker will kill ya. JK

If your running the speaker in parallel to another 4 Ohm speaker that would put stress on the amp since it's pushing power though 2 Ohm.

How hot in degrees? 130F is nothing to worry about for this.

Many amplifiers aren't very good at driving less than 4 ohms, meaning it may be driving 2-3 ohms when you have 2 speakers in parallel. Think of either getting an 8-ohm speaker, or wire your extra speaker in series.
