Amplifier for Pinnacle ac850

Hey guys

What consumer amplifier would be a good fit for my Pinnacle ac 850s? I plan on adding a sub and some surrounds later on, so I'd like to the amplifier to be able to handle at least 5.1. That being said, I may buy a stereo amp for the pinnacles right now and upgrade to a 5.1 when i get the other speakers later?
