AMIFLASH--Bios Flashing

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I am trying to flash the bios (AMI) using AMI818.exe and I keep on getting this error

"Chipset/Flash part isn't available. The function will be invalid"

Which board?? Which BIOS??
