AMEX vs. Apple Computers

I bought an iPod from Apple's website and tried to get a refund 28 days after buying it. It was a wedding gift for my wife and we were on our honeymoon....thus the long amount of time before returning it.

Apple's policy is 14 days. Who do you think won the dispute?

Everyone else can keep their 2% cashback cards, I'll take 1% plus comfort in knowing all my warranties are doubled, my new purchases are covered in case I don't like them or their stolen, and they excellent customer service.

Agreed, although I got Blue Cash and will be earning 5% soon on everyday purchases. Great benefits with AMEX.
