I have an Amex Smart Card reader and an Acer TravelMate Smart Card. I'm not savvy in the least on Smart Card/Chip technology, but I believe there has to be some cheap and not very complicated way to make these two work together. If someone here would be so nice as to guide me to the proper resources I'd appreciate it. TIA :)
