Amex Blue Smart Chip

According to the Amex website https://www124.americanexpress.com/cards/loyalty.do?page=blue.idkeeperfaq">here</a>. The ID keeper software is inside the chip itself! How do I access it on my Dell Latitude D600 which has a built in smart card reader? It's based off of the O2Micro chipset.

Does anyone actually use this thing?

its free and its not a normal "smart card" so u cant use normal slots
oh and it requires a serial port

I requested one a few years ago and haven't used it. Then I took it apart and threw it away. Serial port... 😛
