AMEX® Costco Business Card has BVG (Best Value Guarantee).

Hello all! Hope this post is useful.

Page 23 of the latest Costco Connection magazine (Nov 2002) says that the AMEX® Costco Business Card has BVG (Best Value Guarantee).

However, as far as I can tell from reading the terms and conditions, The American Express® Costco Cash Rebate Credit Card DOES NOT have BVG.

Cash Rebate + BVG in one card would be an awesome combo, but it seems you get only one or the other.
 
I think they included the costco annual fee w/ the membership fee for the AMEX card, so, it wasn't a 'bad' deal. Not sure if that's the case with the business card or if I might be mistaken. I was thinking about upgrading to this card from the std.costco's member / credit card but was holding out for BVG, so, it's a good question.


 
I assume the regular "platinum" card you get as a regular member of Costco
is NOT the business card. So how much more do you need to pay to upgrade to a
business membership and card? Or can you upgrade the card without upgrading your
membership to Costco?

How does one get the Costco Connection Magazine? I'm a Costco GoldStar member and I haven't gotten anything from them in the mail.
