Amerisave mortgage - anyone heard of them?

I'm trying to find out their reputation, they are brand news to the BBB and I cant find out much about them. they have the best rates/deal for a refinance I'm doing for my mother.

I got a damn good interest rate from them.

interesting. their stated rate of 5.7% for a 15 year fixed isnt too bad without points, although amerisave had it a bit lower.
