I'm mean all reality shows are fake but this is blantantly fake. That juggler was a set up.

Speaking of which, I caught this lame show tonight and it basically seems like a retread of The Gong Show except Regis makes a poor replacement for Chuck Baris, and the judges, well, SUCK.

They don't even bother showing all the decent acts. They make sure everyone who sucks gets shown, and then and the end they say "These acts moved on to the next round, etc...".

It's a modern day gong show. Everyone knows regis philbin is an undercover intelligence agent who gets sent to foreign countries to take people out.

Agreed. It got really lame once they narrowed the contestants down.

I personally for one am getting sick of all these reality shows like this. They all seem to follow the same Formula : 1 - 2 washed-up actor's\singers and 1 mean old Brit to do the judging.

I could not be more annoyed with this "Rappin' Granny" crap. If the only thing that makes an act interesting is the age of the person doing it, then it is NOT TALENT.

Ditto for the 12-year-old divas.

If a 25-year-old did the exact same act with the exact same talent level, no one would care.

Now talk about the magician who appeared behind the judges, Realis, or the Contortionst Archer. That is an actual talent. I am usually more enteratained by the weird acts that they show on the results show. The HOUR LONG results show, but that is a different matter.
