America's Army Server Manager

I had America's Army on my system a long time ago, and I still have the server manager. Whenever i try to uninstall it in add/remove it tells me "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

How do i unistall this??

No one knows why a simply program wont uninstall in add/remove?
