where did that come from? I didn't get that part. Is it from a movie or a TV Series? I knew it came from Chappelle Show.... but why Wayne Brady and why the "choke a b|tch" part?

Well, regardless - Wayne Brady is from Whose Line Is It Anyway?, a sketch comedy show, very funny show. Thing is, he's always portrayed as a straight up nice guy. The spoof in this case is the twist that he's really a drug dealing pimp. Very funny IMO.

Indeed. And it was on the Chappelle Show. It's also where "White people love Wayne Brady because he makes Bryant Gumbel look like Malcolm X" comes from.
