What do you think is the ratio of people viewing American Idol to the Democratic debates.


I mean..I follow politics and I can barely watch this debate...Kucinich should be there.

I don't watch debates. They are worthless. No candidate can properly lay out their position on things in such a short time frame. All they do is try to push each other into corners and play "gotcha" to make each other look bad.

I could care less who is better in front of a camera or in a live debate. Anything a President does is calculated and discussed ad nauseum before any decision is made, so quick-thinking and the ability to be "Johnny on the spot" is irrelevant.

I'd rather watch the debates. I always thought American Idol was boring and stupid. Nothing really entertaining about watching a person sing Disney songs.

As for the debate, I watch them to make fun of everyones viewpoints in one way or another. This leads to some pretty good arguments with my friends over who is the biggest douchebag. Hillary almost always wins.
