I'm still pissed.
It would have been a great battle between Latoya and Fantasia in the final.

And I still don't get all the judges glamoring over Fantasia.
Yes she is unique but she's also borderline annoying as well.

agreed, that latoya got booted off instead of jasmine was borderline criminal.

definitely.. i think latoya deserved to go further/farther (i never know which one to use) than jasmine and fantasian. We don't need another Macy Gray with fantasia.
 
The only problem now is that pretty much everyone expects Fantasia to walk away with this thing (I think she's talented, but agree with the 'she's annoying' comments.) I realize the bizzaro voting system makes anything possible, but from a final buildup standpoint this final isn't all that compelling - kind of like Season 1 was.

The suspense factor for the show as a whole is pretty much gone anyway though. When people who finish outside the top 3 from prior seasons are regularly on the show and in other media promoting themselves, and when the runner-up last year got more exposure than the winner, it shows that winning the competition really isn't all that critical.

this show is rigged.....Jasmine may have gotten the most votes but we will never know....

when jasmine was pushed over latoya, everyone booed her....the record companies behind AI will never allow someone booed to win the contest. They would lose money as no one will buy her cds. This is why Jasmine has to go.

Talent wise, she should've been gone a long time ago.

This all equates to Fantasia winning the competition, because Diana doesn't have as many followers...which is sad.

how can you say the show was rigged if the worst talent was booted?? isn't that what is SUPPOSED to happen?

if anything the fact that jasmine lasted as long as she did would have been evidence the show was "rigged".

there was NO WAY any reasonably intelligent people would have picked jasmine over latoya.
