i have an Amex Blue which gives me 1 point for every $1 spent. some purchases even give me 2 points for every $1 spent.
anyways, i'm thinking of getting an Amex Preferred Rewards Gold card. rewards points earned on that card give me 1 airline mile for every 1 point earned.
i think i can combine both Amex cards (Blue and Gold) into the same account. do rewards points become shared across both and does that mean for every 1 point i earn on the Blue card that i can transfer them to 1 airline mile?
or are the points differentiated since Blue is a free credit card and Gold is a paid charge card?
