I was shoping around trying to think of what to get my sister for an upcoming birthday. I'm thinking of getting her a gift card because then she can use it on whatever she wants just about anywere. So I've been trying to decide between getting an american express gift card or a visa fastcard.
The american express apears to be the beter option as the fastcard has a bunch of fees both upfront and for every transaction with it. All I have been able to find fee wise with the american express card is a $2.00 monthly fee after a year(not a prob cause it will be empty long before then)
