No, there are 4 buildings in that complex, that guy owns building #1,2, & 4.

The AMEX building is #3, he doesn't own it, and it WAS very heavily damaged...

The AMEX building is also the Lehman Brothers building in which a lot of my friends work in. I hope it stays up until they can complete the search and recovery at the WTC.
