I think your worry that to all agree, as we logically are compelled to, that there is a certain percentage if Muslims who are prone to violence because of their religion means that we next start rounding up all muslims is unreasonable. Your unwillingness to agree that there is something inherently wrong with certain practices of Islam is as incomplete as those who believe all muslims are compelled to violence.
