So i placed a reservation on hold on the website yesterday (it expired tonight at midnight). I try to book the reservation tonight and it comes back saying the price changed and went up (the price which was supposed to be HELD)

Anyway, call up AA.com, someone answers within 15 seconds, asks for my reservation number, i wait 2 minutes, then she says try again...

I log in, and not only was the price back to normal, but somehow she knocked another $50 off per person off the ORIGINAL reservation 😀 😀 😀

I dunno if it was a mishap on her part or what but CHA CHING! I am now flying cross country for $149+tax round trip 😀

She knows something you don't about that particular flight, I wouldn't take it if I were you.

That it will be a great flight? Cause hell if they knew their customers would be dead, I bet they'd suck em dry cause, you know, they're not exactly goanna need the money when they're dead..

on a recent trip to the east coast, i flew AA and jetblue. Jetblue wins hands down. Much more comfortable w/ the extra leg room. Having tv on the plane made the trip a lot faster. Service was more friendly on jetblue too.

JetBlue isn't travel. It's a cattle call for the masses who shouldn't be flying in the first place.

You suck. I'm flying to Vegas in May, and it's costing me a LOT more per person round trip with AA, even before your $50 swing. Of course, I'm flying out of Lexington, KY, so that could be a major part of the high cost. 🙁
