Can anyone explain these questions to me which i was told to think about for discussion in Americans Government. I read 2 books and am having a tough time figuring out these questions for thought.
Sorry if these seem in depth but any help with each question would be great.
1.What ideological, geographical, social and political conflicts led to the American Revolution and were present at the time of the the writing of the constitution. What experiences and interest shaped the attitudes of each group involved in conflict. How did these conflicts get resolved with writing of constitution?
2. What are 3 constitutional revolutions. What are some court cases that address freedom of press and rights of criminally accused. How was the def of rights and liberties expanded in the second const. revolution.
