Again EU levied the Fine , But it don't get paid ubtil the future as intel lays its plan generation by generation we see a development . We see that Intel Is a Great innovator and has done wonderful things for the consumers. The EU says just exact oposite of trueth . 300waffers. EU says 300 waffers hurt consumers and slowed innovation . So whats AMD got intel slowed them on . Without 300waffers EU consumers pay higher price . The whole EU thing just stinks of skunk . 500 pages of hidden testemony / LOL . I hope intel gets to see that testimony . But the way EU has been with Intel I doubt intel will get to see that until court time . If they do get to seee they should publish here in america . Look at it like this Both AMD & Intel are public companies. The terms of there contract some of which is secret . EXCUSE me I call Foul I own Intel stock very little. But As a owner I have rights. I would like to see those secret contracts ALL public companies have. That our LAW . IT doesn't work. As A responsiable invester I need to know everthing about a company as an owner I have that Right .

But AMD says I don't . AMD says alot of things that lead me to believe there fabs are were they should be in Germany. Intel wants to reveal All. Know befor this is all over Intel will look good.

The only thing you mentioned that pertains to this case is the 500 page document. I would bet they are withholding it for Intel's sake and not the public's. Regardless, none of this justifies you derailing of this topic. Please please stay on topic.

I question your logic. For one, AMD asked for certain emails in the Delaware trial. Did Intel produce them? No. They're lost. Where is your self righteous sense of justice now? Probably hidden behind your Rose Colored Intel Bias Glasses.

Maybe if the Godfather Intel didn't strong arm the industry, AMD would of kept it's lead (technology) and all this arguing would be unnecessary.

Please don't come back with a, "Intel had 300mm wafers, AMD couldn't compete, etc" We will never know what would of happened without the alleged anti-competitive practices of Intel.

Again all working and coding together. Arm same thing same code.

I do believe NV get small bite with apple but thats only till the SoC chip is out with power VR on die. Ion is real short stunt for NV as thats going SOC. So your X86 future you can have it because next year you will see how it meets its fate. By its creator.

The intel laptops for apple will have 2core with GPU on package. 4 th qt 09. Thats unless intel does something special for apple as I hope . NV gpu for Apple with CL would be better , I hope intel sees it that way . To much to ask for ? Maybe. But I still say Intel was firing a warning shot over AMDs head. Saying don't follow us here its a dead end. Amd may have contracts inplace for x86 . But compilers are not in the deal. I think AMD needs to back up. Rethink what intel is doing. The history you were taught and the one I was taught were differant unless you went to chatholic school in the 50s. When new mathwas introduced none of us understood . Why . Because they said it was easier . Butit wasn't it was harder . WHY ? Science we had science test . I was good in science really good . History science I loved them . History 8th grade American history Final test is grade for 4th quarter I was only person in class to score 94% 0r above My sister scored 93 . I helped her study.

I got BesT test score Wrong. I got C- on report card . I went to teacher about it . Said I was suppose to get a 94% grade on report card . He said my spelling and grammer brought grade down to C- . Other class mates all said it was wrong . This is catholic teachers science was a nun. At that time I weighed 103 . I layed him out in front of class to a standing ovation . He was down along time.
