Yes and no, Pentium M's are cold as ice, Pentium 4 = flamethrower
You'll notice that I said nothing about the P-M as it isn't a desktop chip. The Pentium-M won't be so cool when they start to look to ramp up the clock speed on them, but I'd guess they'd be on par with or slightly cooler than Athlon 64s.

They should be much cooler. I think they also used a lot less power and more cool than the A64 when the P-M was OC to 2.2 Ghz (i think, correct me if im wrong). I forget where, but they used the P-M for the desktop.
