AMD64 Temp and voltage

I am using a AMD64 3500, Winchester, on a Asus AN8SLI Deluxe mobo.- My PSU is a Vitsuba 460W.-
Using Asus Probe, I noticed that on iddle, the 12V rail reads 11,7V, under load, the voltage drops to 11,5 V.-I this 0,5V difference an acceptable tolerance ?
My CPU temp in iddle is 45 C, and under heavy load it raises up to 56 C, is it acceptable for a Winchester ? (For overclocking purpose, I set the voltage at 1,4875 in Bios ).-
Thanks

Those sound about right, power voltages have ususally a tolerance of -/+5% and cpu temps are ok

Asus Probe is not that accurate.

my 3000+ winchester is idle at 30C and at full load heavy gaming jumps to 50-53... but I got XP-90 heatsink on it... and plus its smaller than ur proc

It's very far from accurate.

that seem a little high. My 3200+ venice @ 2250mhz (just slowing burning her in day by day) only hits 48*C on high load after running Prime 95 for hours straight. This is with smart guardian and a DFI NF4 ultra. though i suppose either of our temp probes could be totally innacurate.... but high 50's on high load is nothing to really be concerned about, but it is alot hotter than I would have expected. Venice and Winchester produce similar amounts of heat and have similar temps.

EDIT: im also running the stock retail Heatsink/fan

My Venice 3000+ @ 2200MHz gives me 38C after 24 hour of Prime95.
I got the temp from MBM5, SmartGuardian, NVmonitor.

My winchester 3200+ @ 2450mhz is at 35C, and I'm encoding dvd video using DVDshrink right now. I got this temp from USDM, the program that came with my EPOX 9nda3+.
