Amd64 Serial/Model #s need to know stepping and which core it is CH or NC ?

If you downloaded CPU-Z wouldn't it tell you the core/stepping/everything else?

I would do cpuz if it was me but the guy I'm buying it from doesn't have it installed and doesn't have a mobo for it...so he gave me the #s that's why I need to know...
