AMD64 939 + PCI-X?

Are there any motherboards out there that are socket 939 and have a PCI-X slot? If so who makes it and where can I get one.

Are you talking about pci-express? That's pci-e and no, it isn't out yet. Once nforce4 (which will support pci-e) comes out by the end of this year there will be s939 mobos with pci-e
