AMD64 3500+ With a Abit KV8T800 Pro, Need Help

I was wondering if anyone has any set ups or a guide with the AV8 included as a Chipset in Tut ? I'm trying to OC this chip past 2.4 ghz any suggestions ?

Well the BIOS menus are mostly the same for every Athlon 64 motherboard. Some companies just change the names for some items. You have this mobo right?
What RAM do you have?

The via chipset boards don't overclock well. 2.4 stable may be all it's good for.

OK i have this set up , sorry i shouldve posted it :
AMD64 3500+ Stock 2ghz , I'm @ 2.4 ghz with Core Volt @ 1.55 (Winchester)
Abit AV8 K8T800 Pro Mobo
Corsair XMS TwinX 2X1GB DDR 400mhz
HIS HD 4670 1GB DDR3 AGP8X

P.S. If I can't get any higher then 2.4 ghz that's ok . I ordered a Phenom II 550 for a new build , i just wanted to learn to OC before I build new System, Thanks For Replys

I have a soltek MB with the via chipset and a 3800x2 and it won't get over 2.4 either. It is the chipset... But, if you want to run it at stock or just slightly OCed, it is a very stable chipset.
