amd64 3200 overclock specs please help me

I have an amd 64 3200 venice core processor with an a8n-sli permium motherboard, 2gigs of pc3200 ram. i want to overclock the processor to 2.5 or better, and the asus tool in windows only lets me do 2.2. Ive tried bios ocing but i never seem to do it rite. Please help me out and if you can, give me the voltages, frequencies etc, as i am new to processor overclocking. Thanks.
