Question AMD Zen4 7950x, x2 NVIDIA 4090 Build

How me with my new build! No budget limit, looking to build a CUDA dev machine (no gaming, no overclocking, good reliability, good linux drivers).

CPU
AMD Zen4 7950x
Need CPU cooler recommendation.

Motherboard
Need motherboard recommendation. Good linux drivers/compatibility.

GPU
x2 NVIDIA 4090
Maybe a 3rd GPU like 3060 if motherboard and PSU supports it.

RAM
64 GiB, and upgradable to 128 GiB later.
Need RAM recommendation. My understanding is no need DDR-5200, slower is fine since I may have 4 DIMMs later.

PSU
Thinking of Seasonic 1300W, that should be sufficient?

Case
Need case recommendation. Ideally screwless. Thinking of Lian Li.

SSD
Need single 4 TiB to start, ideally add more drives later to 16 TiB or more. Don't need the fastest or lowest latency, but need reliable.
