AMD XP2600+ and what memory????

I am upgrading my system next week. I am getting the Abit NF7-S board, an AMD XP2600+ processor, and new memory. Although, I don't know what kind of memory to get. The XP2600+ has a 333 bus speed, which PC2700 DDR memory uses 333 bus speed. My question is......will I benefit by going with a higher speed memory? (by using PC3000, PC3200, or something even higher than those). My next question is......what brand of memory is best for the money.

getting pc3000 or pc3200 will give you the option to overclock or keep the same speed speed but running at a higher FSB which will still make your system faster

some good ram: XMS, hyperX, twinMos, Mushkin

ECC = Error Correcting Code. As he ^ said, don't bother, it's mostly for servers, or specialized applications.
