Just got the AMD xp1600 AGOIA9 chip ... wondering if you guys could help me oc it. Just need some simple procedures. Thanks.

to give you any specifics, might need to know a little more about your setup. mobo, memory, hsf, etc??

if you wanna do some reading, a good place to start is here.

with a decent mobo and good ram, that chip will be all over 1750mhz without unlocking.
