AMD XP 266MHz with 512kb

Is AMD planning on making an XP with 512kb cache that runs at 266MHz? I am wondering because I have a Gigabyte 7VTXH that has a VIA KT266A and I don't want to have to upgrade my board for one that supports 333 or have to underclock the chip.

Hah! That's actually the article that I read that made me think of this. I would rather not have to pay a premium for an MP if I am only going to use one. Does anymone know if they will make these as XPs also. I sure hope so.

Its possible, but very unlikely. I'm gonna venture a guess that you could "OC" your motherboard to run at 333FSB, dunno about your RAM, though.
