Mobile 2500+ is better for overclock?
Which one is better for NF7-S board or it doesn't matter.

Yes, Mobile is better for overclock. Both will work great in that board. Your limit is the Ram.

Right, the ram is your limit with the NF7, but with the mobile 2500, you can adjust your multiplier so that you can stay within your ram's operating capabilities.

Eventually you'll upgrade. If you upgrade your memory, even better. Sell/part the whole system and a mobile will sell faster if you go btx/pci express in a year or two. You have more options with the mobile.

Mobile = better yes?
