AMD XFX 5870 screen flicker...HELP

Sometimes it will flicker, change color, freeze and theres nothing I can do to get back to a normal screen, and I have to reboot and it works again. The card is at stock speeds. I made sure both PCI-E psu connectors are secured tightly as well as the card itself in the PCI-E slot. Monitor is a fairly new Samsung LED using HDMI. I used an Acer monitor with DVI and had the same issues. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Not really.

Once it starts flickering, when I move the mouse around most of the time it will go back to normal, just sometimes it will change color, freeze and I have to restart.
