AMD X2 on win2k

Anyone have an X2 running on win2k?

The only drivers available for win2k are single core only.

And is there a download for the winxp x2 patch as a separate file? I may have to install it w/o network access.

hmm so win2k doesn't have a patch for the X2 as well as CoolnQuiet drivers from AMD.

If you want to run something that doesn;t run correctly on win3k, set affinity works fine. But no drivers needed for most apps, just some games need the set affinity.

Does CnQ Win2k drivers for single core work for X2? Have you tried it?

You just install win2k. There are no drivers for the X2 for win2k, but aside from games that have a problem, you don't need them.
