AMD X2 Freezing?

I recently made a major upgrade from a KV8-SE 3200XP - 64 Bit to a A8N-Premium and a AMD X2 4200 with a BFG 7800 GTX OC. I really love my new computer as it performs beyond expectations. I do get a freeze which causes a reset from time to time. It will happen when I launch a game sometimes, open a folder or browsing. It happens but once and a while....Any ideas on to what could be happening?

Welcome to the forums ! What power supply are you running ? I weak power supply will show symtoms like that.

Did you do a clean install of the OS when you upgraded?
