AMD x2 3800+ Retail HSF noise level?

I've got an Antec Sonata case right now and it is fairly quiet. Since I'm getting the "Retail Box" of the x2 3800+ CPU, I was curious if anyone knew how loud the stock fan is? The new motherboard supports the "AMD Cool and Quiet" technology that slows down the fan when not needed as much. Anyone have ideas on the loudness of the fan under these situations?

I'd guess it's slightly louder than the PSU (You have a TruePower2.0 psu, right?) I havent tried the boxed cooler on my Sonata so I cant say for sure.

when it's on fullspeed it's pretty loud imo

FUREN, The original PSU went out on me and I bought another Antec PSU, I just don't remember if I bought a TruePower or SmartPower version.

Right now my XP1600+'s cooling is done by a Zalman CNPS6000 cooler (it has a 92mm fan mounted over a big series of copper fins 'fanned out' over the CPU. The link there has a pic to it. So it is pretty quite. I am figuring the stock x2's fan will be louder, just not sure how loud.
