AMD V Nvidia across various projects?

I have primarily only been involved in BTC and LTC but haven't followed the other projects very closely. Currently for these it seems AMD is the only thing around pretty much... Are other DC projects putting those fantastic nvidia cards to proper use?

GPUGrid and Folding@Home.

Nvidia cards do very well for molecular dynamics calculations.

AMD cards seem good for astronomical and mathematical sciences while NVIDIA holds an advantage on biological research.

One exception to this rule was when POEM@Home was going strong but I haven't been able to get any work units lately.

another exception would be Einstein@Home - though heavily astronomical and mathematical in nature, the project seems to do better on nVidia GPUs than it does on AMD GPUs.
