I would like to know the weight for those CPUs :
- K6 2 400 MHz
- K6 3 400 MHz
- Duron 600 MHz
- Thunderbird 1 GHz

I can't find any information on AMD web site and I need it for my microprocessors projet at school.

Not that I'm going to do your homework, but are you talking about the mass of the die, or the mass of the packaging?

All the packaging : the core, the pins, everything when you remove the heatsink.
