AMD TBird 1.2 Ghz getting to hot?

I have a TBird 1.2 Ghz runing on a 266Mhz bus, I was wondering what should my cpu temp be running at. Currently it's between 130F - 145F I was wondering if the temp should be lower, I also have a 7200 rpm hd that is 1/4 inch away from the processor. I have a good Global Win CPU Cooler on it with thermal compound.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

How's your case cooling?

How's your ambient case and room temps?

I have a asus a7a266 mb with ddr ram and the average temp of the room is 75(f). Does anybody have any thoughts on how to lower the temp of my pc.

that does seem a bit high. my temps were about 120-125, which i thought was pretty high. so i did a little investigating and found out my vcore was set to it's max...so i lowered it and now my temps are 95-100.

I usually run at 55 - 60c under full load, and it seems fine.
