Am I correct that the T-bird 1.4gHz has a 10.5 X Multiplier and a 133mhz FSB??

that's the spec they were born with... but if you see pencil scratches on some of the bridges all bets are off... crank up the voltage and u ought to be able to get 1.6 on cheap air cooling...

look at the core
if the first line ends in B its 200fsb so it should be 14 x 100mhz
if the first line ends in C its 266fsb so it should be 10.5 x 133mhz

Nope, I'm pretty sure they had a 100 and 133 MHz version of the 1.4.
