AMD T-Bird @ 1.33Ghz Heatsink + 2 Fan enough? HELP

Hello,
I just bought a 1.33Ghz thunderbird and a mobo and heatsink and 2 fans. i was wondering if a heatsink recommended by AMD for the 1.33Ghz thunderbird and 2 fans (1 intake in front and 1 exhaust in back) was enough to keep it cool. also is 33.1 dba pretty quiet? thanks

Yes, 1 exhaust and 1 intake is enough to cool the tbird. 33.1 dBA is not very quiet. It will be fine though.
