AMD SWocket AM2 - for a change! Asrock AliveNF4G-DVI Any good?

Looking at a used system and saw one with good spec running an Athlon X2 Dual Core 64bit 4200.

Thing is, I am out of the loop entirely wrt to AM2 socket boards but only know of the n590 and now n600 series boards and never heard of the Nvidia 6100/n410 chipset that this one has.

What is the limitation of this board wrt future upgradability etc etc?
