AMD socket 939 3000 or 3200?

Hi there i cant decide which one to buy i want to do modest/stable Ocing on air only so i am not looking for pushing a processor to the edge so would buying the skt 939 3000 be sufficient? i would rather take the extra 50 bucks towards a bigger HD and memory if i can do that i am on a limited budget i have my system picked out just trying to decide on the processor thanks

OK cool so know i've read in this forums of guys saying that the msi board is very buggy sometimes it takes 3- 4 times to get a good board and than they also said dont get the gigabyte board either well aandtech rated those 2 boards as 1st and 2nd choice i was dead set about getting the msi board and than i heard this what am i going to do?

get hte msi. the epox board can oc as well, but it has horrible overclocking features as i have read. the msi one is about the best nforce 3 ultra board you can get for socket 939, which, imo, is pretty sad. msi has gotten FAR better then before. the gigabyte one has pretty bad memory compatibility also.

ok that is what i was going to get originally i have researched, debated, and thought this out till i'm tired of looking at processors so here is where i am socket 939 athlon 64 3000 msi board neo 2 platinum and dual channel ddr memory the only other thing i would do is its tempting to go with a athlon 64 socket 754 with the dfi board with the nforce 3 chip i think it is lanparty edition because i know that the dfi board overclocks extremely well and is stable
