AMD SLI Motherboard with DDR2?

Really? I heard that DDR2 memory was getting a lot better now, and that the fact it runs at a slower speed means it can be overclocked more?

From what I hear, DDR3 will be high bandwith and low latency. This is being pushed hard by AMD so it is very very likely that it's the next type of RAM to be used on AMD systems. AMD's new socket won't be out till 2006 and it's likely that JEDEC will ratify the DDR3 spec by year's end. Seems much more plausible than using DDR2 which would give worse performance on AMD64's than DDR1 would due to the higher latency.
