the xp is better. the xp3200+ is just a tad bit slower then the athlon 64 2800+, and a sempron 3100+ is about as fast as the a64 2800+

Define a little bit ;) I own an AXP 2800+, oc'd to 3200+, but i somehow doubt it's as good as the A64 :(

Don't bother upgrading, the 2400+ is prolly as good as you're gonna get, try and overclock it if you can

This is a XP3200 Barton core chip. Its the fastest chip you're going to be able to stick into your Shuttle box, and its a pretty lackluster CPU if you ask me. But if you don't want to OC and you want to upgrade without changin SFF boxes, then its your safest option.
