Not bad... Deal of the day, so act quick if you want this deal. Better than anything Intel has going on IMO at this price.
 
Very nice. I think that it has been cheaper a few times (Jet.com, and maybe Microcenter combined with a mobo $30-off deal), but this is a GREAT deal for a GREAT CPU.

I'm incredibly happy with my 6-core/12-thread 1600 model.
