Yeah, that's Newegg for ya. To be fair, though, the 1600X's list price IS like $249 or something, so they're not exactly wrong. Though, I think Newegg's had the 1600X for as low as $215, and refurbforless on ebay has had them for (I think) under $200 shipped. ($198-something. Was a great deal.)

Either way, though, it's not a horrible deal, and it's a GREAT CPU. (If you like multi-tasking, or what AMD refers to as "MEGA-tasking". )

Not that your G4560 is in any way a slouch either. I've got a pair of G4600 CPUs in my DeskMini's, and they're nice and snappy.
