AMD RYZEN 2000 Series Builders Thread

I think in order to prevent confusion it would be better to append 2000 series related bits to the already started Zen builders' thread.

There's also another thread that popped up that reads "Ryzen 2 Builders' Thread" but 2000 series is second gen and not Zen 2, per say

I agree, I have asked the mods to merge these using this thread, but he beat you by 3 minutes, so it will probably be his thread. I can't as I am participating.
