AMD RMA online not working?

They do it all online I believe but I can't even register...anybody have any luck?

Its like the password isn't getting accepted.
 
It wouldn't work for me unless I used IE. Firefox didn't work correctly.

Along the same lines, does anyone know what they'll do for an OEM cpu, if anything, when it has troubles? I have one I bought from the egg about 18 months ago and nothing happens when I boot it in a known good machine. The DFI motherboard has these indicator LEDs and they show a code for "CPU Error". Do you think AMD would exchange for a $$ or just tell me to take a flying leap?

amd wouldnt accept a rma from me on a OEM ,
